Always a symbol of authenticity of human memories and bearing a tinge of history and beauty, old paternal houses in Iran have been among the highly esteemed mansions. Rashedi Historic House is an accommodation rarity with an exotic overtone. The place is the marriage of literature and history and exhibits such an awe-inspiring splendor that takes the visitor by surprise at first sight.

The Rashedi Historic House (named after the renovation master of the place), now a boutique hotel with 7 bedrooms and a total of 17 beds opened on 31 August 2020. It is a beautifully built traditional house dating to 300 years ago nestled in Pink Mosque (Nasir ol-Mulk Mosque) neighborhood. Since its renovation, it has been used as a hotel. In 2016 it was purchased as a ruin from its previous owners and was renovated for 4 years. Located in the middle of this architectural beauty is a square-shaped yard with a pool and fountain in the center. Overlooking the yard, are the rooms' stained glass windows in the facade of the building. A flight of stairs with two rows of flower pots along, leads to the upper royal suites, giving a sense of escape from the turmoil of the courtyard and functioning as a threshold to the peaceful world of inside. The rooms are quite comfortable as there you can find private bathrooms and showers, Wi-Fi, towels, clean beds and sheets and air-conditioning.
